Our in-house designers then revamped the layout by removing the walls and entrance and changed the location of the bathroom. The result was a large, optimized open plan, filled with natural light from the four large windows. This high-floor apartment was reimagined to create a modern sanctuary of comfort. High-end furniture, contemporary appliances and luxurious finishes were integrated to give the flat an extra touch of sophistication.

After discovering a dated flat in a classic Hausmanian building, we advised the investor to purchase the property. This was an outstanding value creation as the restoration of the building was already paid for and intiated, and included the repair to the facade, stairwells, and elevator.
